HEAT WIN! 4-0 at Rimrock Shoot-Out

Dec 4. 2012, Billings West High School.

The Blue Creek Heat started the season off with victories on Saturday against the Rockers and Forsyth and added two more on Sunday versus the Billings Y and Windmill team. The Heat easily took the championship undefeated.

Heat Team Meets the MSUB Men's Team

The Heat Team was invited to meet the MSUB Men's Basketball Team before the home game versus Colorado.

We are registered for the Rimrock Shootout Tourney for Dec 3-4.

Also I have 3 outside tournaments listed for this year: Helena, Cody, and Sheridan. Please email me your thoughts on the Helena Tourney as this is a new addition to our schedule. Thanks- Steve

New Season- New Name

Welcome back players and parents:

We are off to a new and exciting season of tournament basketball. The players have decided to change our name this year to the "HEAT".

Our uniforms have been ordered ($60.00 each) and should be arriving the last week of November. We are looking into shooting shirts for the boys but without a sponsor to off set parent costs- that will be an additional consideration for you.

We will be running a couple different plays this year which I will post a few versions of to give you and the players an idea.

I'm excited about the season. The boys already are starting WAY AHEAD of last years end of season.

Ballerz Wrap Up Season

Very proud of our team this year. A great learning year we will build on for next year. Don't forget to hit some camps this summer. I will be loading up a few to consider. Thanks again for all the support.

Hi All:

We have just registered for three more tournaments:

Mar 25-26: Hoop It Up @ Billings Senior
Apr 2-3: Heights Tip Off @ Skyview High School

I have loaded the one page updated tournament schedule on the link (left of page)for you to print if you like.

We sent the team picture to our sponsors thanking them for the support. Again, please send them a email as well. walter@lamarassociates.net and cjohnson@thehotelgroup.com. I know they would appreciate hearing from you.

Finally, we will have a scrimmage Thursday night at 7pm versus Blue Creek 6th Grade Team.
